Gary is an internationally recognised Certified Training Professional (CTP). His academic studies include Arts and Philosophy, with a particular focus on Psychology and Communications, giving him an exceptional ability to understand client requirements, identify operational challenges, and communicate complex concepts clearly at all levels within an organisation.

Over the course of his career, Gary has trained thousands of professionals across hundreds of organisations, including multinational corporations, universities, government bodies, financial institutions, SMEs, community organisations, and public sector agencies. His experience spans virtually every major industry sector.
